Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including the broadcasting industry. This study aims to explain the role of supervision in improving and maintaining broadcast program quality in the digital era, including its functions, strategies, and impacts. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the role of supervision in broadcast program quality in the digital era. The results reveal that supervision plays a crucial role in improving broadcast program quality through oversight of content, technical quality, innovation, monitoring, evaluation, and human resource development. Effective supervision supports compliance with standards and regulations and adaptation to the rapidly changing dynamics of digital media.
